Once the referral is received, Lucie will contact the patient to set up an appointment if they haven't already done so themselves through the secure booking portal.

A report will be sent to you at the end of the patient's rehabilitation. If they communicate that they have any appointments scheduled with you in the interim, a short progress report will be sent to you for that consultation.
