One-to-One Physiotherapy 

Sessions & Courses

Book a 30 or 45 minute session with Digital Sports Physio. Following assessment, discussion, advice and rehabilitation, your personalised exercise programme is transmitted digitally to you so you can access it anywhere, anytime. 

Book a one-to-one rehab course for a series of supervised exercise sessions - progress seamlessly and learn the correct way to rehab, prehab, stretch and strengthen - all at a reduced price. These courses are ideal alone, as a precursor to or in conjunction with training material from Digital Sports Physio Academy.

If you're new to Digital Sports Physio, benefit from an introductory video call free of charge. You can ask any questions you might have about the session and your discomfort or injury.

30 Minute Physio Session

After some questions about your discomfort or injury and your general health, Lucie will assess strength and movement and ask you to carry out specific tests if they are needed. Following a discussion, an individualised plan with a time line will be suggested. Lucie will guide you through the rehab programme and send you a copy of the exercises with a written summary of the first session.

45 Minute Physio Session

Do you have more than one area of pain like back and leg pain at the same time or neck and arm pain? Have you had a traumatic injury such as a car crash, fall from a horse / bike or a climbing accident where more than one area has been injured? If so, a 45 minute session is recommended so that time can be spent assessing and formulating a plan for each separate area.

Benefit from a course of six 30 minute one-to-one sessions at a reduced price to help you get the most out of your rehab. Select one of the three rehab courses below or have a course tailored to your own specific goals - you might want to improve your golf swing, reduce repeat injuries at work, improve your kicking technique and power or learn ways to integrate strength and flexibility exercises efficiently and effectively into a busy schedule.

Core & Lower Back

One-to-One Rehab Course

Do you have lower back pain? Using a mixture of pilates, strength and conditioning as well as functional movement training principles tailored to you, this course of six focussed 30 minute sessions aims to improve your core control, co-ordination and strength from any starting point. Great for recovery from many types of sports injury (eg hamstring tear or twisted ankle) as it combines upper and lower limb function and balance with core control and strengthening. The course can also help in the prevention of lower back pain.

Shoulder & Neck

One-to-One Rehab Course

Have you had a shoulder injury or pain? Do you need to strengthen your rotator cuff? Have you been told your headaches are due to your posture? This course of six focussed 30 minute sessions will help you strengthen your shoulder complex, upper back and neck, improve flexibility and help you to naturally maintain a better posture for neck and shoulder health. Great for desk based aches and pains or preparation for all types of sport including boxing, golf, surfing, tennis, swimming, Gaelic football, hurling and handball.

Have you had muscle, ligament, cartilage or tendon injury to your hip, knee or ankle? If you're struggling to increase your running speed / distance, keep getting the same injury, or you want to improve your balance, then this could be the perfect course of six focussed 30 minute sessions for balance, strength and flexibility. Great for recovery or preparation for all types of activity and sport, including Gaelic football, martial arts, soccer, running, riding and cycling.
